Team of the Week Goes to Mjila Primary!
Posted on 17 July 2018

Congratulations to Team Mjila Primary from South Africa for winning this week’s Global Team of the Week Award!

The team have made a real impact in the space of a few months. They have conducted water audits, set up tippy taps in their school to save water while washing hands, started a compost heap to supplement their veggie garden. They have also shown their understanding of the secret water embedded in everything by creating lovely cardboard beaded necklaces to deal with cardboard waste. They designed wonderful innovative 'runway ready" trashion made out of waste for the KZN trashion show and have now completed 8 challenges as well as making eco-bricks!

Well done Mjia Primary, we can’t wait to see what you do next!
