L'eau invisible dans l'alimentation

Nous avons découvert que l'eau invisible est l'eau que nous consommons tous les jours sans forcément le savoir. On retrouve beaucoup de cette eau invisible dans les aliments. Les aliments qui proviennent des animaux demandent beaucoup plus d'eau (1kg de boeuf = 15'000l). Les végétaux demandent moins d'eau, mais certains comme le riz explose les compteurs (une portion de riz = 2'500l).
