The Misty Team exhibiting their work during National Event

The Misty Team was proclaimed National Water Explorer Team for the second consecutive time. The national event was held on 26th June and water explorers showcased their work through an exhibition, presentation and a 3 minute video highlighting their best moments.
Water Explorers at Gozo College Middle School are so proud with their efforts in raising awarenes about water conservation and sustainability. Not only did they involve the wider community from all over the Maltese Islands but through international collaboration they got other schools and communities on board. Together they Walked for Water, organised clean up events, made pledges to stop water wastage, found ways on how to reduce the use of plastic bags, planted trees and adopted animals to help in their rehabilitation after suffering injuries as a result of plastic pollution.

Well done Misty Team!!
