On the 11th of September, in the beautiful scenery of the Warsaw University Library GAP Poland organized a national celebration of the Water Explorer program in the school year 2014/2015. On this occasion we invited to Warsaw five most active schools:

  • Primary School in Rumian
  • Primary School No. 18 in Elblag
  • Middle School No. 1 in Koluszki
  • Public School No. 1 in Pionki
  • Primary School in Zajączkowo

The board jury invitation was accepted by Mirosław Zarzycki from HSBC, Arthur Franczuk - expert on education programs in Copernicus Science Centre, Anna Batorczak from Warsaw University and  GAP Poland team - Dagmara Lipińska and Zdzislaw Nitak.

Each school presented the results of their activities in the program - completed Missions, social actions, artworks, inventions and stories of their spectacular water festivals. The jury had incredibly difficult task to choose the winner of the national program among all those amazing schools.

After long negotiations the first prize went to  the Public School No. 1 in Pionki which will represent Poland at the international finale of Water Explorer.

Congratulations to all the winners!
