It is amazing to see how many families are being water wise in their own homes. The Grade Fours have been busy taking water selfies around their homes, showing water saving ideas. We had a discussion on which activity wasted water the most. The learners have identified where in the homes water is being wasted. One excellent idea from Jayden is to place a 2 litre bottle in the toilet cistern to make the water level higher. Savanna’s family connected an old bath tub to their Jojo tank to collect excess water. I’ve had many photos showing water saving ideas. The competition is on to see how many a learner can take and for the most innovative idea!
