Rubbish Sculpture

Last Friday we had a Water Festival in our school for our Green School Action Day. Every class in the school did their own project on the marine environment, fresh water sources and protecting our precious water.  Parents came to look at our projects and the children either got to play a secret water game or a water explorer’s floor game. It was a lot fun to play the games and involved answering lots of hard questions about water. The winners got a four minute shower timer that could be stuck to the wall of your shower or a water bag. The questions were based on the 4 types of water: secret, global, precious and freshwater. We learned a lot during the games and learned lots of different information from the different projects. In the end, the day turned out to be a great success with the projects and the games were enjoyable.
