Answer and question session

Today the cildren had a special visitor from the water explorer team coordinator, Ms Julia Colvin. As a introduction to the Water Explorer challenges Phumelelani Grade 7 class hopes to tackle this year, the children learnt  many different water facts with a fun and interactive story. We explored the world globe and discovered that although the " blue" planet is 70%  water, only 1% of all this worlds water is available as fresh water for us to drink. The onus is on each and everyone of us, to understand the limations of our natural resources and conserve water for all to share.
