Our own local fundraiser

As Team Raindrops we did a water survey in our school and we found that lot of water is wasted, when each learner is using taps to drink water. So we did a fundraiser and we collected money for buckets for each class so that when a learner want to drink water can use a glass. We know see the different when they use buckets instead of taps. Per class grade 7 learners are 50 the total is 100. Which means per day 300 litres were wasted per day. Now we are saving 300litres per day. Learners are using cups which means they only take 3 cups per day rather than wasting 3 litres/day/each.
