If bonus points and World Environment Day get you excited, then read on…
World Environment Day is coming up on the 5th of June and we’re on a Mission to spread the word about the importance of our world’s water.
You guys are already doing a fantastic job so we want you to be our messengers! To do this we just need you to film your responses to the questions below so that we can share your message and encourage others to follow in your footsteps.
Send us your videos using the upload video function on your school’s newsreel.
You can film your answers however you like and we encourage you to get creative! You may want to pick one question or answer them all using short plays, songs, poems, artwork or just saying them straight to the camera.
What’s in it for you?
Your work will be showcased to hundreds of people at HSBC’s World Environment Day celebration event in London. So if you’ve wanted your voice to be heard this is your chance to shine!
Upload your videos to your newsreel by Thursday 21st May and we’ll also give you 250 bonus points for your efforts to help you climb up the Water Explorer leader board.
We can’t wait to see your videos. Click here for some top tips on how to record a great video.

Each year, over 32,000 CREST Awards are undertaken by 11-to-19-year-olds, giving them opportunities to explore real-world science, technology, engineering and maths projects in an exciting way.
Use Water Explorer Challenges as a basis for a CREST Bronze Award. To get the Award, you’ll need to spend at least 10 hours on your project. Find out more about CREST Bronze Award here.
